These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, www.beautedulibanmarche.com (the "Site"), and your purchase of beauty and skincare products from our online store. By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

This Site is operated by La Beauté du Liban SAL, located at Ashrafieh, Beirut, Lebanon.
These Terms apply to all users of the Site, including browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and contributors of content.
The Terms detailed below govern the contractual relationship between the ‘User’ and the Website. Both parties accept these Conditions unreservedly. These Terms are the only conditions that are applicable and replace all other conditions. We maintain that, by confirming your order, you have read and do unreservedly accept our Terms. These Terms are important to you and Us as they are used to protect your rights as a valued customer and our rights as a business.
Changes to the Terms of Service and the Website: The Site is a work in progress, and as such, things may change, be added or be taken away. Any new features or tools which are added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms. We reserve the right to update the Site and these Terms from time to time, at our discretion and without any notice. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Site, use of the Site or access to the Site or any contact on the Site through which our services are provided, without express written permission by us,
You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of destructive nature.

We reserve the right to disable any user account in our sole discretion, at any time for any or no reason, including if, in our opinion, you have failed to comply with any provision of these Terms.

All products listed on our Site are subject to availability.
We reserve the right, but are not obliged, to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.
We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any product or service that we offer.
We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
Descriptions, images, and prices of products are accurate to the best of our knowledge, but we do not guarantee the absence of errors.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products will meet your expectations.

4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in US Dollars and are exclusive of applicable taxes and shipping fees.
We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase using the accepted payment methods.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuation of any product or service.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our Site.
You agree to update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

5. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping times are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or customs.
You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We are not liable for lost orders due to incorrect addresses.
6. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, returns are only accepted for unopened items within 14 days of delivery.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

We try to offer reliable product data, but cannot promise that the content provided through the Site will always be available, accurate, complete, and up-to-date.

Any partial or total reproduction of this content, by any means and on any support, is subject to prior and express authorisation by La Beauté du Liban SAL. All information, content and files are protected by International law concerning intellectual ownership and copyright. La Beauté du Liban SAL cannot give you the right to copy, display or distribute content that you do not have the intellectual rights to. All fraudulent use of this content that violates the rights held by a third party constitutes an offence of forgery, which is severely punished under the Intellectual Property Code.
We will not, under any circumstances, be held responsible if a user violates rights held by a third party through his activities on the site.
