We ship beauty products across Lebanon and the Middle East.

1. Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day

 

2. Delivery Time & Regions

• Lebanon: 1–3 business days
• Middle East (GCC): 4–10 business days
  (Delays may occur due to customs or courier issues)

 

3. Shipping Fees

• Fees are calculated at checkout based on location
• Free shipping may be offered on promotional or qualifying orders

 

4. Order Tracking

• Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS

 

5. Customs & Duties

• International customers (outside Lebanon) are responsible for any applicable customs charges or taxes
